At Better Buzz Coffee, we want you to love your brew; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns on non-perishable merchandise and gear within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer experience team with your order number and the reason for your return to initiate the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure items are in their original packaging; please note that roasted coffee beans cannot be returned due to food safety regulations.

• 3.
  Ship Item Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
